• Responsibility for Import Charges: Please note that all local import duties, taxes, and any other charges incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping Costs: For custom-commissioned cymbals and the return of modified or repaired cymbals, full shipping costs will apply. These costs will be clearly outlined in our communication with you regarding the specifics of your order.
