14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your cymbal if it doesn't meet your expectations, for any reason. Please contact us within this grace period to initiate the return process. The customer is responsible for return postage and any applicable charges such as import taxes.

Cymbal Inspection: All returned cymbals will undergo an inspection for signs of misuse or damage. Refunds will be issued based on the condition of the cymbal upon return.

12-Month Manufacturing Flaw Guarantee: Our cymbals are covered by a 12-month guarantee against any manufacturing defects. If you encounter an issue, please reach out to us to discuss the damage and explore options for refund, repair, or credit towards your next purchase.

Exclusions: Damage from abuse, mishandling, or misuse, such as being dropped or played with excessive force, will not be covered. For cymbals outside the warranty period, we are open to discussing reduced-price repair options.
